1. The final exam week for this semester is scheduled from January 4 to January 10, 115. Exams should be conducted in accordance with the university’s “Guidelines for Midterm, Final, and In-Class Examinations.” Students are not allowed to request early or postponed exams for any reason. The scheduling of each class and subject exam, including time and location, shall be coordinated between the instructor and the students of the class. If no special arrangement is made, exams will be held at the originally scheduled class times and locations. All course exam information will be announced on the university’s digital learning platform.
2. Students who need to be absent from exams must follow the university’s student leave procedures. Any unexcused absence or absence without approval will result in the affected exam being considered forfeited, and no make-up exam will be granted.
3. During the final exam week, regular classes will continue (“No Class Suspension”), and instructors will conduct exams as “in-class assessments.” The exam schedule for each course shall be announced by the instructor on the U-learn digital learning platform. Class representatives and instructors must confirm the schedule, record it in the Exam Record Form (attachment), and share it with the entire class.
4. To maintain exam fairness and uphold student integrity, instructors must strictly monitor exams to prevent cheating, including impersonation, bringing unauthorized notes, textbooks, mobile phones, or other items that violate exam regulations.
